For the record I don't but she thinks she should.

Bathsheba emailed me the other day to ask if I would like to try a pregnancy body oil she had unopened that had an ingredient she couldn't use would I like to try it.
Lovely I said thank you very much.

Well she dropped it round today and MIL was looking after ds as I had an appointment so she took it from her and gave it to me when I came in.
Now as the lovely Bathsheba drove away it occured to her that as I am 8 weeks pg then whoever took the oil might not actually know yet and she was right.

MIL, by the time I got home had decided that there is no way I would have risked her picking up a pregnancy product if I actually was but hadn't told her yet

So now Bathsheba is feeling awful and that she runied christmas as we were going to announce it then as my scan is shortly before but I am honestly not bothered at all if MIL had pushed I would have told her as it is she is not left thinking I am but inside is probably having kittens thinking I might be and it will still be lovely exciting news when we do tell everyone.

So mn jury shot at dawn or late reprieve???

Bathsheba probably poses little threat to society but I'd like to shoot Sainsbo's product design team at dawn.

I bought their folic acid tabs and have been diligently necking them for months (ttc). My neice was in my room and said 'Mum to be? What does that mean Auntie Morris?'. She had spied the bright yellow, insensitively named bottle of tabs by my bed.

My neice is the biggest gossip on the planet so no doubt all my relatives have been duly informed.

GAH. Mum to fucking be indeed.

Here I am, quite new to MN having come over from a horrifically huggy other forum and trying to make friends, and I, without even actually MEETING the MN in question yet, have RUINED her big family secret...

If its any justification at all I'm fairly ridiculously pregnant and could put it down to pregga brain...

Problem is, Ineedacleaner's MIL probably doesn't know I'm stupidly pregant as I had my coat on...

AT LEAST I didn't do as planned and ask Ineedacleaner's MIL if she was a lazy slattern....

Hahaha that would have been soooo funny if you had.
Thankfully you at least knew what I looked like before hand from a picture at least.
