to feel uncomfortable with this child's obsession with "boobies"

OK, so I'm a bit to admit this is about Jordan & Peter's son Junior. And even more that I watched his reality show again this week.

I guess it's hardly surprising, given his mother's line of work, but that (completely gorgeous) little boy is very often filmed talking about touching "boobies," kissing people (girls) on the lips and, in this latest episode, wanting his sister to lie on top of him. His parents seem to find it amusing.

My DS never did any of this, so I don't know how typical it is. Is it something sweet and innocent that many children do (and grow out of), or is he overly fixated? In this episode, he seemed to develop a crush on Nicola McLean, which seemed quite sweet initially, but then went on a bit.

What do you think?

I guess out of all the filming they do, they choose the "best" bits so we have no idea just how much time the kids are acting like that, really....

Sounds quite normal to me and from what I've seen, kissing lips and messing around has been positively encouraged by his parents, so it's of little surprise he does it!

I agree with FanofFireworks - it's editing, to make more of an impact.

So, I don't think the behaviour in itself is worrying or shocking, but turning it into reality TV is truly nauseating and MAY well lead to the child needing therapy in later life.

Well, Katie admited Hrvey had a fixation with her boobies.

But agree with other posters, 'tiss all aobut editing, which is why I would never let my family be filmed!

Well, they can only edit what they've managed to catch on film. And I guess what I felt particularly uncomfortable about was him wanting his sister to lie on top of him. He was quite specific about how she should position herself.

It's a bit weird...but then the whole family is a freakshow and their parenting is questionable...so can't really expect anything else. I saw it once when PA was encouraging Junior to 'flirt' with a waitress and chortling about how 'like his dad' he was. Lol. Not.

I watched it and found it creepy. The boy is so cute but his behaviour makes me think that he's been exposed to too much adult stuff. Pete acts as if Junior is his mate, and I have no idea how Katie Price and her lover act around him.
None of my Ds have ever shown this kind of behaviour, but then again, we're just boring old middle class non celebritites.

It's like a modern day freak show. I find the parents repulsive and I've only seen it a couple of times at my SIL's house. Unfortunately children are taught by their parents so these cuties have little chance of being well adjusted.

What I want to know is how celebrities like her get nomiated for these Celebrity mother of the year awards?

Kerry Katona has won it a few times and now Jordan is nominated?!

Well, I can't help wondering if he's witnessed Stuff.

And I think she's been nominated before. Perhaps it's the nannies who should get the awards.
