Bloody bastards make my blood boil - 2 hours I have been on and off the phone just to move my phone and broadband to a new house.
Just when it's almost sorted they spring some complication on you, need more money, cancellation charges, minimum contracts, bullshit,. bullshit, bullshit
God I'm so annoyed...........

OMG, they are the worst ever

I have been trying to sort out a new phone line and BB package for the prteschool I owrk in.
Since July

They finally did the phone line, byt ommitted to book the BB too.
And now I have called them 12 times in a fortnight, have had 3 different "accoutn managers" who I have never managed to speak to and all they keep telling me is that i have to go ont he website.
But we have no internet connection at work.
So they tell me to email them.
But we have no internet connection.

And on it goes.

I could probably do it all from home but is a PITA when I am at work all day to then carry on at home.

WE are NOT going with BT now

so I moved too virgin, one bill a lot easier but

virgin are bastards too! you have to ring them every year and tell them you are going to sky and then they half your bill for a year, and the people on the phone are sarcastic and make you feel stupid

Never talk to normal BT people they are vile. One of them called me a liar! I was not happy. So I asked to complain. Someone called me back straight away and was really nice and helpful and apologetic.

So, my advice? Say you're appalled by the service and want to speak to someone to complain. You might actually get some help then.

I've only just discovered that Sky do line rental too - am moving my line to them immediately so I never have to deal with BT again, they are absolutely hateful.

I feel your pain! I am on the phone to them now! I have been going round and round and round for 45 bloody fucking sodding wanking minutes while they pass me from department to department, all saying I have been put through to the wrong place.

FFS, the only people I've not been put through to yet are the cleaners, the tea lady and the bloke who changes the bog rolls!
