AIBU?

Having spent over £200 in the cash and carry today, DH has just ordered a curry takeaway?

Is it me? Spent rather a lot money on a big shop and DH has just ordered a takeaway, saying he really fancied a curry this evening. There is cooked chicken, salad, tuna, you name it - it's probably in the fridge or freezer.
I despair.......

Thing is tho', I've eaten a really nice chicken salad and offered to make him one too (or anything else from the fridge), but no, had to be a curry for one.

We do this DrZeus - I hate shopping so unless DP goes on his own we end up with takeaway that night cos after spending hours wandering around the supermarket (no i'm not kidding he spends hours!!) I don't feel like cooking.

In his defense sometimes you just want a curry

I can see why it is frustrating for you though!

OK, in his defence, he is off to the US on Monday for a week. I guess it's one of the last decent meals he'll get until Monday week! . I do just find it frustrating, when I've tried to get really tasty, healthy bits and pieces for the family. He'll probably save some too for tomorrow! I guess I'll have to stick some of our purchases from today in the freezer!
Men eh, don't you just love 'em!
