AIBU to be upset about wedding?

Am I a bridezilla? Aibu and what should I do? My fiancé and I got married during COVID so we couldn’t have a ceremony earlier. We therefore planned a small wedding for late 2022. It turns out today that there’s been a change of plan, and my fiancé and future mil want to do it next month when we go visit them. They have agreed that it would be a joint and small wedding (future bil to have the ceremony at the same time) which I’m completely okay with, and that the plan was to have a small party with fiancé’s family and fiancé and brother in law’s friends. My mum isn’t included. As she is stuck in my home country because of travel restrictions she wouldn’t be able to make it next month and mil is adamant she doesn’t want to wait for her and will take her out for dinner once she’s able to come. I’m really upset about the whole thing
