To be cheered up that my old school bully is still a c***?

When I was in sixth form , another boy in the sixth form used to shout at me that I was a spastic, mong and retard ,( I'd recently had spinal surgery). Now for full disclosure, I wasn't the only person he was mean to, ( he also used to shout at / abuse other girls in sixth form for being overweight, ugly ,quiet etc). Then a girl in Y7 started, by this time we were 18. She had a more obvious disability, ( she needed to walk with a walking frame and obviously couldn't move fast). He used to chase her around the school, throwing rocks at her and mocking her. Anyway, unsurprisingly, we didn't stay in touch after 18. We are now 28. Was in August having a drunken night in with a school friend, and his name came up. Sent him a message via FB, ( we aren't friends) , basically asking why he did it etc. Forgot all about it, but he presumably checked his "other" FB inbox for the first time in a while last night. At 1./0 am I was woken to him trying to call me several times via FB messenger. When I did answer , he then asked ," wtf go on then , prove yourself to me, you disabled , fat ugly cunt" . Anyway before I could reply to that insult, he then typed, " actually judtblooked at your pictures, your looking okay now " and proceeded to try and ask for me out , ( shockingly I declined...) I know I shouldn't have engaged , but I asked him about the incident with the Y7 girl . He replied that obviously " I wouldn't do that now as I'd lose my job" ( no mention of not doing it cos it would be wrong to throw rocks at a disabled child 7 years younger than you). He then sent a picture ,( topless selfie). He's still looking grim as fuck. He then asked again if I wanted his number . When I pointed out he's called me a "disabled , fat , ugly cunt" five minutes ago, he pointed out, " but yeah , look you can't make a judgement on that as I hadn't seen your pictures yet" ( I'm distinctly average looking btw). He just came across as such a fucking loser. And you know what, I've blocked him now , but is it bad that it makes me feel better that clearly I didn't do anything wrong, he's just clearly not a very nice person ? Never was, probably never going to be either.
