Anyone else exceptionally awkward on dates?

I'm not a massively experienced dater, but I am SO awkward on dates. 1st date is usually OK but after that I just get brain fog and can't even think. I feel nervous, and get anxiety, I get really sweaty and convince myself that I am so awkward that it's blindingly obvious to my date. Is there a knack to it? Or is this totally normal re dating?
