To think women should be thinner than their DP/DH?

Come to the realisation I’m 5 stone heavier than my DP! I’m a big 14/small 16 while my DP is very thin and on the short side... I feel like a massive blob! I know I should pull my finger out and lose weight but I’m sat here in shock - and my mind has wandered to the adage a man should be able to fit his hands round his wife’s waist etc etc AIBU?
