Have had a migraine since last Saturday I’m used to them so thought it would go away. It hasn’t I’ve been to docs on Thursday he gave me more tablets. It’s still so bad I’ve rung 111 for an out of hours appointment. I can’t sleep it hurts to lay down I feel constantly sick can’t see out of left eye as the light hurts I’m in so much pain but I feel like I’m wasting there time

I’m laying in a dark room with a sick bowl phone on lowest brightness and in night mode been here all day and most of yesterday I don’t think being on my phone determines how I’ll i am

Thought I was feeling better but as soon as I got out of bed it’s worse, wearing jeans pyjama top socks and flats and haven’t bothered to sort my hair out don’t have any energy

You poor thing, I sympathise, used to get them; have also had cluster headaches. I hope you are soon sorted out.

Thanks haven’t eaten or slept much this week and had a meeting about my sickness so have tried to be at work
