To get this upset about this??

Hi fellow MNers. I'm just curious as to whether I have taken this too much to heart or not and if anyone has ever experienced something similar? So this week has been my first week I've had off for a while as its half-term, DH is currently away due to work commitments and therefore I'm looking after the kids. My sister has been wonderful enough to look after them today whilst I booked myself and my mother in for a massage at the parlour i've been to for years. I'm very particular about who I get massaged by however this is never a problem as i've had the same masseuse for years (her son and my DD are in the same year at school). However, I got a phone call off Tracey this morning to say that she couldn't make our appointment today. Normally I would re-arrange but that would mean cancelling on my mother which I wasn't prepared to do. Me and mother went to the parlour after all and we were greeted by one of the other masseuse's i've seen there before and another lady whom i presume is a new masseuse. I ended up with the new masseuse, my anxiety did flare up however I knew that I was just being irrational and picky. Minutes into the massage I felt at ease and having my mother at the side everything felt normal. Until she offered me counselling!!!! Has this ever happened to any of you ladies? Never been so offended in my life. Was completely uncalled for and out of the blue. I personally don't believe I said anything which would warrant such a comment and confirmed my suspicions as regards to the new masseuse. To make matters worse, my mother is now worried that something is up with me and that she thinks there's been issues at home between me and DH! I can assure you MNers that everythings fine at home with me and DH apart from the inevitable complications that come with him working away from home but apart from that everything above board. All this aggravation over an unwarranted comment. Not only this, its making me paranoid as to whether something is wrong with me? I've never thought anything like this, however maybe I did say things that would suggest i need counselling. Or maybe its just a service they offer?? Tracey has never mentioned this before. I also spoke to DH on the phone today and he said he's never heard of massage parlours offering counselling before. Am I overthinking this? What do you guys think? I'm starting to think this was an immature personal attack but maybe was just a commercial ploy as she is new and is looking to work her way up through the business. Thank you for reading this MNers, i hope you all don't think i'm crying over spilt milk, its just messed with my head today and I didn't think i'd be spending my week off worrying about whether I need counselling or not.
