To say his girlfriend can't be there?

DS aged 3 (very nearly 4) is very close to my DB. DB comes to see him all the time, DS talks about him constantly, calls him his best friend etc. It's all very sweet. DB has no kids of his own. DS is DESPERATE to go for a sleepover at his uncle's house (DB is way more fun than DH and I apparently) and I am happy for him to go as DB is great with him and I trust him. DB also enthusiastic about sleepover. The only problem is, I'm not a fan of his girlfriend and neither is DS. There's a few things: They have been together about 9 months now and I just find her very rude. She never says please and thank you, and her manners in general leave a lot to be desired. DM has commented a view times to me that she has found GF to be rather rude. I often catch her rolling her eyes when DB and DS are playing together, and DB recently confided that she has said to him she wishes he spent less time with DS as she finds him annoying. Her DM and our DM's birthdays are one day apart. They both have plans on the same day with family (just a family lunch etc) and GF kicked off massively saying that he should go to her DM's birthday not his own as it is his duty as her boyfriend (weird). He said no, she didn't speak to him for a week. I met her DM recently who told me she was very surprised at how much time that GF had been spending with DS as she actively hates children, wants nothing to do with them and finds them just generally a hinderance to her life (she has nieces and nephews). She also joked about how she wouldn't trust her to babysit. DS has said 2 or 3 times 'I don't like so and so because she's mean to me'. They have spent time alone together - e.g. DB will occasionally take DS to the park or he will go and play at his house for a few hours. He's never said something like that before, he's usually very loving and likes everyone! He came back from DB's on Sunday very upset, and said that GF had pushed him. I don't know what context this was and I haven't confronted DB about it as i don't want to cause a fuss, especially if it was just an accident. Would IBU to tell DB that DS can come for a sleepover but I don't want GF there? (They don't live together).
