To get all woo about this dream

MIL died last year (a few months before me and DH married). A few weeks after she'd passed DH was messaged by one of his old school friends who wanted to catch up. She'd thought of him because she'd had a very vivid dream about his mum (who she hadn't seen since childhood and didn't know had died). In the dream she'd just come across MIL whilst walking around a shopping mall in her city (a city MIL visited quite regularly) and they just reminisced about school days.

Last week I had a very vivid dream of my own about her. For some reason she had five minutes to spend with us all (FIL, DH, his siblings and me). I rushed off to find FIL and DH's siblings and hung back while they all spoke to her and she was so happy and beautiful. Right at the end of the dream I had this overwhelming feeling of love as she hugged me and said she was so happy that I was now her DIL and could we please make a start on grandchildren!

It was probably just my mind but I'd love to think that she's happy and looking down at what we're doing. Anyone else had such vivid dreams that give you hope we'll see our loved ones again sometime?

I have heard of other people being 'visited' by people who have died in their dreams. My DS's grandpa died and DS said he had a dream and GP was telling him all these things, and then he said goodbye.

I am not at all woo, but you never know...
