That is vile but I'd expect nothing else from the shit rag. It astounds me that this platform for hate is still allowed to exist.

I think a bigger problem is that it is still one of the most read newspapers in the UK and the most read online. We need to accept that an awful lot of people read it, work out what that means and how we tackle it.

For this particular issue the most expedient would be to make up-skirting a specific offence. Then any photographers or journalists who used the photos could be prosecuted .
