Dc1 (3yo):cough cough cough COUGHCOUGH cough cough... ... muuuuumeeeee... coughcough
DC2 (11mo): cough. Cough cough coughcough. Whimper moan whimper. Toss thrash. Cough cough cough cough.

I got home from dinner out with friends and got into bed an hour ago. Then I had to get straight back up again. No sign of the coughing pausing.

Anyone else awake?

Evening. Dd is in my bed after having trembling arms and legs Confused We went swimming earlier and she did a lot of diving and I expect it's muscular / general tiredness as she seems to think she doesn't need sleep. She's 13 and gangly and taking up all the room. Brew

NotSuch poor DDog, what do you think is the cause?

I have 3 8 year olds here on a sleepover for dd2 birthday. Just had to tell them to be quiet as they had decided to do some "yoga". They are going to be horrible tomorrow.

Vic's is good, plus try and raise them up a bit. So frustrating for all.

Fifipop, give her some magnesium supplements. Works a treat for trembling muscles and growing pains. Epsom salt baths are almost as good. They have lots of magnesium in them and you absorb it through your skin
