Fully furnish a. three bed bungalow, it will be cheaper end of the market.

Including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

It's a buy to let. So not going to be massively high end but not stuff that's going to fall to bits in five minutes either.

£3k

Always I'd thought £4K so that would be good, I've done a rough plan then added a bit for what I've forgotten!

Easily doable for that price. Good luck!

I suspect 4K is more realistic.

For sofas etc don't get square arms that you can balance stuff on, but do get washable covers and a spare.

Mattresses- good offers on Groupon.

Wally , good idea with square arms - a tendency to put stuff on them!

Thank you

Do you need to furnish it? I’ve always found the more you put in a buy to let the more risk of damage etc plus things become your responsibility...! A lot of people have accumulated their own things anyway so wouldn’t always appreciate it. Unless it’s a student rental and even then beds, wardrobes, desk, sofas and white goods are normally sufficient!

Thanks Minko, it's potentially a holiday let (sorry didn't make that clear) so would need to furnish etc.

Coathangers, hooks for coats, bathmats, coasters (placemats??), some sort if freeview/cable/sky box and subscription.

Where is it?? I'll come test it out in June if you'd like?
