First, I received faulty goods. I ordered a pair of shoes for my DD and they were not only filthy but being one of those lit up ones, they were not working. After some back and from, they asked me to send the shoes back, which I did to a store and they were going to give me a £10 voucher for my trouble. It’s been over 2 months and River Island are delaying refunding me money as they haven’t received the goods. I gave them to a salesperson and neither give me the voucher. What are my rights?
I am livid, it’s been 2 months now.
