After many issues with their engineer and the process taking around 5 weeks i had finally had my Virgin fibreoptic installed last month.
However, I went to their website this morning, and they are offering the same bundle £8 cheaper to new customers! I'm absolutely fuming!
AIBU for wanting to contact them and trying to get the price down?
What would you say to them?
