Am I expecting too much? Shit estate agents?

A potential buyer didn't want to put in an offer on my property because it wasn't looked after by a management agency.

Yet it is. I gave the estate agents this information (including the managements name) before the property went on the market.

They are also advertising it as leasehold when again it isn't.
