Hi,

Lots of you were very lovely regarding giving ideas about another way to make my daughters swan lake dream come true without ruining other peoples night at the royal opera house.
Thought it would be nice to share a positive outcome.

Between us and her lovely ballet teacher we have arranged a charity event for a research charity of the illness my daughter has.

We have very thankfully had lots of offers from ballet companies and schools

1 company and 2 academys have offered to perform and my daughter will be also dancing on stage with one of the ballerinas to swan lake.

She is very excited and working really hard at her tippy toes !

That sounds wonderful! I'm sure it'll be an incredible event.
Perhaps you can arrange for someone to video it too, so your dd will be able to watch it again and again-in case she wants a change from Swan Lake! Grin

What a lovely update. I didn't post previously I don't think but thought you should so go. I did think at the time at Royal Windsor Theatre they do do ballets there and there have been quite a few little people in tutus enjoying it so couldn't see a reason why not.
