Don't know what to do about this man

Long back story to avoid drip feed.... Got friendly with an older couple (grown up kids, no ties). Did some work for them and became freinds. Dh and I and new 2 month old Dd, decided to move countries and other couple wanted to move with us to semi retire with idea being eventually they would get their own place when we were all set up with jobs etc. (We bought our farm). So far so good. Fast forward 12 months and Dh an other man were working together and other wife working part time. I'm home with Dd doing farm work. One afternoon I got a call from other wife's daughter. I asked her to call back as she was at work and we got chatting and she said "you do know what he (other wife's Dh) did to me don't you?" It turns out that she had been abused by him growing up. She had told her mum (who we were living with) but never reported him. I was in shock. Had horrible thoughts swinging form no he couldn't be capable of that to omg has he ever touched my Dd. When other wife came home from work I asked her about it and she said yes Dd had told her about abuse and she had gone with her for counselling and during the sessions things came out that her husband had done/said things that he also does/says to wife and she said that she believes her Dd that he did things to her yet she had nowhere to go so stayed with him. When my Dh came home I told him and it all kicked off and he told them to leave. We thought they would move back to their home country but no, they moved six fucking fields away to a rented farm. Things went quiet for a while but they have since befriended a woman with kids who has just split with her Dh. I tried to warn woman but she was verbally abusive and accused me of making it up . This woman has dc at my Dd school and low and behold he fucking turned up for talent show. Then fucking sports day the month after. I went up and said "why are you here you have no business being here" and he just sneered and said we are here with x (other woman). He also turns up on his own at school to pick up her 6yr old Dd sometimes as this woman is in and out of court with her ex all the time. I can't stand the thought of him being around children (especially my Dd ) The thing is what can I do about it? If anything? I know he had never been reported for the abuse in his own country so it is really down to my word against his. I feel sick about it. Sorry it's so long.
