It'll be all about the nunbers of reports they get. You will get a generic reply stating that it does not breech their code of standards blah blah...hustle keep reporting and get others to. Eventually a hunan being will look at it.

It annoys me that an anonymous teenager on twitter can have the police called on them with their IP address identified to find him/her for calling a celebrity a racial slur yet some little nobody with a full profile, name, location, pictures of his kids on show, can sit there and spout racist xenophobic bullshit on a public Facebook site.
It should be the same on all platforms, live by the sword....

I report everything like that I can. The more people that report them, I think, the more likely they will be taken down. Report it op. It might not be much, but its the most proactive thing we can do in the situation

I've reported overt racism, threats to rape and all sorts of vile abuse on Facebook. Only about 1% have been removed.

Unfortunately not even shocked that FB have allowed it to stand. A friend reported a rape meme that was circulating on FB, they thanked her for the report and said they couldn't find anything offensive and so it would not be removed.

Funnily enough I have just seen something similar on CB. A post calling for a boycott of Cadbury Creme eggs as they have halal certification ( Lindt was suggested as an alternative). Loads of comments about barbaric practices, animal cruelty, deporting all Muslims, banning halal etc. I pointed out that the product is vegetarian, so nothing was slaughtered to make it, that all meat is bled at slaughter and the majority of halal meat in the UK is pre-stuned, so identical slaughter method to conventional. Got told I didn't know what I was talking about ( I audit slaughter houses, including pre-stun halal) and provided with a link to the HFA website explains things of halal slaughter.
Pointed out that HFA allow pre-stun. Told that if it was stunned it wasn't halal and where did I get this idea from? Errr

Still not accepted as a valid point, as the poster was " very well read on Islam" ( I beg to differ).
You can't win with these biggots. I ended up by saying that I personally wasn't keen on white supremacists and neo- Nazis, so would be blocking them.
I'm sorely tempted to urge a boycott of their place of work due to the Islamophobia attitude of the management ( also appear to be anti-Trump eastern European based on previous comments), but I shall restrain myself!
