To ask if there is anyone here with knowledge on commercial eviction procedures?

Hello, I'm asking in behalf of a not for profit community organisation who are being unjustly evicted from their premises by the local council - is there anyone on here with any experience of this who can advise them on procedures etc?

I realise this is a long shot but all help would be gratefully appreciated.
