AIBU?

To be vexed by the MASSIVE ad sidebars?

In my view mumsnet is primarily a discussion forum, I've enjoyed using it for years. But now I find the fornat clunky and annoying, maybe because I mostly browse on my phone.

I don't want to have to size my screen up and down to read a thread. I just want to read a thread!

I totally understand growing market and profit share, companycheck.co.uk/company/03951486/MUMSNET-LIMITED/companies-house-data
Looks like they're doing alright though.

Is this the beginning of the end? Or maybe the middle of the end given the ludicrous daily mail obsession on here these days...

yanbu about the side bars, i get fed up with the daily mail thing too, stop banging on about it, it's soooo boring esp. when you look at the red top chav crap, that has to explain every simple detail to their readers, esp the pictures , 'katie price gets out of her car' wtf ?

I think that MNHQ have said on a previous thread that these will only show up once or twice a day? When you click to another screen they should go? If we want this to remain a free site, advertising pays for it I suppose.
