It's been a revelation now I've managed to get past the ingrained guilt that eating fat caused.
Take yesterday. Bacon/peppers omlette for lunch. German sausage with rocket and chilli ketchup for lunch and roast chicken with cauliflower cheese and associated other vegetables for lunch. Cheese and pate for a late evening snack.
