So ordered a "floating" desk...

  1. First item didn't show up, delivery was by yodel to local Argos (saves being indoors for delivery). Apparently Argos refused delivery at 5, rubbish they are open until 8. Not eBay sellers fault, it was yodels!

  1. Second item sent, arranged for home delivery.....arrived when stated.

  1. OH opens box, screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc loose in the box all 78 (60000) of them.

  1. No instructions

  1. Call company and they emailed some (after four hours, which isn't a long time unless you've set aside the next three hours to build the thing!

  1. On taking parts out of box, they are scratched, dented and damaged.

  1. Emailed seller, immediate response, "you'll have to pay to return"

  1. Emailed back and advised, not got for purpose, scratched blah blah

  1. Response. Send photos

10. No response, emailed again

11. Call, yes received email, will email you confirmation of refund and refund!

13. No email (one week later) called again and received email and I've got my money back!

I'm justified aren't I? Not done negative feedback before!!

I'd probably leave neutral feedback as they have refunded you.

Sounds like a negative is justified.
