Boss coughing all over me

I work in a small office with about 4 others in our small room. My (new) boss had a terrible cold and is IMO behaving in a pretty disgusting way. Coughing and spluttering like mad, never covering his mouth, leaving tissues on a shared desk, spluttering all over us all! Everyone else in the office is now ill too and I thought I had escaped it but I have woken up today with a sore throat and I just feel angry about it. I know if he took precautions we may still have got it but he's so gross and as he's my new boss I haven't felt I could say anything to him but now I feel like I want to.

Yanbu. My dad would have walked out of the room on the second cough or sneeze. The first he would have tried to gauge whether it was dust or hayfever before reacting.
