My period is now late, have experienced the usual cramps, sore breasts, done a preg test its negative. Phew!! The only difference is I've started taking 1000 primrose oil capsules this month, would that delay my period at all? Getting a bit worried now!! Thanks xx

No scientific knowhow but EPO played merry hell with my cycle. I only take it the first 14 days now.

Yep it does this to me too! The last time I took them it delayed me by over a week. I googled and found lots of women experiencing the same thing but no explanation or more annoyingly, plenty of people claiming that it hasn't got anything to do with EPO when for me, it absolutely has. I tried them on and off over a couple of years and it has the same effect every time.

I've stopped taking them now as I can't be doing with my normal clockwork cycle going up the swanny!

Thank u!! It must be the epo then just glad it's not just me. I've been waiting and worrying all week for my period to start. So prob expect it to arrive end of this week sometime 🙄.

It did all sorts of weird stuff - v late, then v short period, then v long period, got rid of my PMS - then brought it back with a vengeance. Most confusing.

🤔 I think I'm going to stop taking it and see if my period returns!
