To find this really annoying

So I had surgery this week. It was fine but I have developed an infection. I am on antibiotics and in pain. Last night was especially bad. Dh was out so I home with DC. Last night I felt really bad and didn't sleep very well at all. I am in spare room so not disturbing him.
In the morning he came in to ask how I was? I explained I had a bad night etc etc. His response was I didn't sleep well either.
Ainu to be annoyed. It just feels like a competition. He was the same when I used to co-sleep and get up in the night with Dd3.
Tbf he does have a long term health condition but always manages to arrange blood tests etc when I need support.

Only me than. He won't change I think. I am on antibiotics for a post op infection and I have been seriously overheated. Not sure if it body fighting infection, side effect of medication' hit flush or the weather. Probably a combination but when I said I was hot. I got well it is a hot day. I an not too .
So cross.

If you are the Poster I think you are then you know he is an unsympathetic arsehole who thinks his medical needs trump yours every time so why are you surprised?
