To be considering looking for another job?

Been in my job 12 weeks. First proper job.

Enjoy it in some ways, other ways not.

Woman storms about all day thinking she is the boss when she isnt. Bossing everyone about thinking she is somehow better than us, when she isnt. OK she is "in charge" when the boss isnt there- but she has the same responsibility as us, paid the same and is in the same role.

If she doesnt like the way you are doing something- she barges you out of the way and does it herself. She expects me to have 30 million pairs of arms. Today for example I was working on something that needed to be done, but apparantly what she needed doing was more important. She picks the simplest of tasks for the day and leaves everyhing else to everyone else.

Childish girls who are just bitchy. Dont have a nice word to say about anyone. Slag off people who are best friends to their faces.

Kind of thrown in the deep end from day 1. Finding ot difficult to keep up due to disability. Feel like i cant do anything right

Yanbu. However this is common and will likely reoccur in other jobs. Is anyone there nice? Approachable? Can you ask HR for support? Explain that you have a disability hence find things hard at times. Best of luck x

Do you have a line manager/mentor who has overseen your induction and do they need to make adjustments for your disability?

Welcome to the world of work. Unfortunately you can't pick your colleagues and she may think she is being helpful by showing you what to do, without realising that she's not being helpful at all.

You said you like some bits of the job, so focus on those good bits, ask for help on the bits you find harder and accept that a lot of workplaces can feel like a school playground sometimes.
