Most things go on display on top of DD's wardrobe where she can see them and I don't have to look at them
Drawings are put up for a while and then boxed away. We're getting to the stage where I'm going to ask her to have a sort out.

The worst from DD's pre school that they feel the need to give me are the 'art work' of one sheet of paper and three random stickers on. Why?? Plus my house is overrun with stickers as it is, I don't need more given back to me.

I kept the best stuff. Most other bits we displayed for a week or so then asked DC if they wanted it in their room, if not it mysteriously vanished!

My son has managed to smash most of his creations before we've even returned home to look at them, but a few weeks ago he brought home some kind of ancient 'block print' still covered in a never drying ink. I asked him to put it on the widowsill to dry and then is disappeared into the bin.

My mum used to keep all of my creations, nearly 30 years later she still has them all in a large bag. The ones she put on display (dried pasta stuck on with glue) I used to pick off and eat, sometimes months later. I was a very odd child.

We have an 19yr old christmas log she hated cotton wool so its just a stick with glitter on it we put it next to the tree Dd says its done ironically but i secretly think shes chuffed with her efforts
