To ask how I get a password reset on here?

Does anyone know? I can find the option to change my password in my account settings, but as I don't know the old password, that's no use. And if I enter the wrong password, there's no link to a password reset option. I'd love to know, so thanks in advance. (I can only post here as I'm permanently logged in on my iPad, but I can't post elsewhere or log out here unless I remember my original password...)
