Just seen an advert for the Frankenstein Chronicles for this channel. Earlier this year they premiered the second series of The Americans. I thought as they were/are a commercial station (as in they originally started out as such) and the word encore gives the impression that its meant to be a repeat channel so its a bit misleading. And only available if you subscribe to Sky.

YABU ... you are reading far too much into the name, and in any case an encore is not necessarily a repeat of something already performed. It can be, and often is, additional material on top of what has already been performed.
