I found a basic recipe online for cheese straws and I add very finely chopped up spinach and tomato to it. Bit of a pain to roll out but they're delish!

Also cheese, red onion and spinach muffins with a little bit of cayenne pepper added- found on babyledweaning website. I'll try a link but am on phone app and can never seem to get links right-

A cup of frozen peas, straight from the freezer.

Mine loved them, they're very easy and no prep involved!

I blitz diced veggies (either the frozen bagged ones, defrosted first or leftovers) then add in grated cheese, herbs and small pieces of cooked chicken, or tofu, or some precooked lentils, mush them into fritters and bake in the oven for about ten minutes. DS loves them and they're very handy for taking out and about.

Mine will also eat anything, pretty much, if it served in the form of a 'playroom picnic' i.e. on a blanket on the floor of the playroom.

(and no, we don't live in a massive grand house with a playroom. It's just what he calls the living room not that he is in charge or anything)

I made a courgette and carrot passion cake at the weekend. No sugar in it. I didn't ice it but you could top it with cream cheese if you wanted to. Similar to this one:

My dd loves sweetcorn fritters. I make them all the time and they keep well in the fridge or can freeze.

Blitz 1 egg, 1tbsp plain flour, 1/2tsp baking powder, a couple of spring onions and 1 tin of drained sweetcorn in a food processor. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and add a tablespoon blob of the mixture to make the little fritters. Fry for a few minutes on each side and you're done!

Will he eat veggies dipped in other things e.g. hummus, cream cheese, peanut butter, salsa, guacamole etc?

Incidentally if you do homemade guac or salsa, it's also full of veggies, so even if he refuses the veggies and just dips crackers, he would still be getting some veggies inside him.

Also for hummus or cream cheese you could blend in spinach or roasted red peppers to make coloured dips with hidden veggies.

I saw the title and ignored my urge to post "take them to MacDonald's" for a while, ( Have never done this myself, but your title sounded quite worthy and brought out my rebellious streak!) but now I've read it, my advice is to blitz veg in the blitzery-thing and don't mention it.
So, for example, they think they're eating Spag Bog and it's meat and tomatoes. Actually they are eating mushrooms, onion, garlic, aubergine, carrots, etc and just don't realize.

I also recommend honey carrots. (chop carrots lengthways, put in an oven proof dish. Pour over some oil and some honey, cook for 15 mins).

My toddler and most of his friends love these muffins, I don't bother with sun dried tomatoes. And they freeze well too. I make them extra small for little hands.

Annabel karmel had a secret sauce tomato recipe. Basically a tomato sauce with lots of hidden veggies. I use it loads for the whole family.
