Did woke up last night screaming that I was "flying in the sky" I calmed her down and went back to sleep but she is constantly telling me this morning that when I fly in the sky and I'm going to fly in the sky etc etc.
It's unsettling like she's seen my death and I'm going to fly in the sky lol. She says random stuff that end up happening. I'm too woo aren't I?

I think you are making a huge jump from flying in the sky to death.
My DD used to talk me through her chats with my dead father which was unsettling but it's always just us layering too much of ourselves and our experiences on toddlers who just say shit.
It does give you a wobbly moment though doesn't it

She probably saw something in a book or on TV about flying and has had a dream about you doing it. Nothing at all to do with death.

. Or - you could just know that she's had a vivid dream and it's merging a bit with real life as she wakes up. It will fade over the course of the day.
But do tell - what other woo stuff has she done?

My dh was surprised I'd automatically thought I'd be going up and not down 
she tells me about stuff she thinks has happened at certain houses etc. sometimes she's right.
If I could have a super power though I'd teleport not fly!
