AIBU?

AIBU to think I might win lunch with George Clooney?

A charity local to me in Edinburgh is selling raffle tickets to win lunch with Gorgeous George. AIBU to ask if Dr Carter (Noah Wyle) could come instead, I fancied him a lot more! If you want your chance to dine with Dr Ross, see www.social-bite.co.uk/

I'd say go for it anyway if you can afford the raffle ticket price - it goes to a good charity, after all and buys a meal for someone homeless.

Good luck!

If you won, do you think he'd be a nice and charming? it would be a bit of a let down if he was a dick :( ie sat there for half an hour, making it obvious he couldn't wait to leave? I hope it would be the former. I think it would!

I've never heard of Social Bite before, sounds like a brilliant venture.

thanks all! I have bought some tickets, and will let my sister go if I win, as it is on her birthday. I do think George seems pretty charming IRL, and obviously has a social conscience. I read today that Social Bite are expanding to Aberdeen, next stop England maybe?

Why would you want to? He comes across as a crushing bore

What a brilliant idea (Social Bite).

The prize looks good. Shall donate but am too far away to be able to accept if I win (poor George)
