erm...well just recieved a phone call from a company wanting me to switch energy providers. I told them repeatedly that I was not interested and then the woman told me to eff off and put the phone down! I have never heard of this company before but apparently they are part of uswitch. I didnt get her name or anything as she was speaking too fast for me to understand half of what she said, so am unable to complain (although she did say that it was being recorded so tyats her in trouble ).

Contact your provider and tell them what happened. They may have some advice!

Also contact USwitch, they are pretty good at customer service, they too may be able to help!

Not all recorded calls are listened back to. If you want to stitch her up then call the company back , ask to speak to a manager and tell them the time of the call and your Number
