I would suggest using the facebook page extreme couponing UK, get your hands on any free magazines from.supermarkets. email companies with compliments or complaints and always tell them the specific reasons you like their product more than a competitors or dislike if that's the case. free samples claimed from companies usually include coupons too. website supersavvyme and beforeishop also handy and the app for smartphone shopitize. it can be a lot of work but I find it interesting

I always check for coupons and vouchers when I'm intending to spend a reasonable amount if money. It's well worth it.
I used a co-op voucher to get 20% off a washing machine (which was also in the sale) when ours broke. I also used Quidco to get 5% cash back and free delivery. In the end we got a >£500 washing machine for under £300.
When we went on holiday I searched "where we were going + voucher", got vouchers that saved us over £50 for under 5 minutes searching, on places we would have gone anyway.

I know it's not the same but I've started separating my shopping into 2 so I get 2 payday savings instead of 1 Smile at Morrisons.

it means a lot of tweaking of shopping but it is handy if you do eat or use or could start using some of the things. the beer was a plus for dp as we rarely have any alcohol in!

I used to coupon massively when I lived in the US.

It looks hardly worth it here though Grin

I would/could save aprox 50% from my grocery shopping there.

They are in all the newspapers over the W/end in the US, easy to get hold of and use. Plus there, its much easier at the checkout!

Combining a coupon with a sale made for super cheap things!

What I do still do though is, if a product is half price,I'll stock up. Morrisons is excellent for that!

Well done though like I remember it is a lot of hard work!

Oh, and just remembered. Something else that has stuck , is learning the 'trends' of how things go on sale. The cycle.

They vary massively, to get the max saving you need to work out when they reach the lowest price possible and ( if not perishable) stock up.

I knew them for the US, but here...its a bit more tricky to get the hang of it!

Blush I watched Jarlsberg cheese slices for about 6 wks hen I first got back!
