It was the 'Midweek Sport' (never heard of it) and had a whole front page pic of a girl with her arse in the air at the camera with the tiniest bit of pink thong or such on, they might have just been honest and shown a total nude pic. I don't think I'm that uptight but I really thought WTF!

YANBU - was just thinking about this the other day when I went in my newsagents. Why are the i, Wall St Journal and the local paper on the top of the rack, and the Star and Sport with all the T&A pics at the bottom, right on the eyeline of my two year old?

Have a word - they'll probably think you're a loon, but who cares. The world was never changed by people being polite and keeping their mouths shut.

No don't say anything.

Either turn it over or move it so the heading ie 'Sexist, Misogynist Sport' is still showing and hide the picture under the next paper. If its the Mail at least my little ones can't read the crap headlines yet.

It makes me so cross, I do email the newspaper etc but I think that our local newsagent would just shrug it off and keep a close eye on me in future.

They are displayed just under the comics aimed at toddlers. I hate, hate, hate this.

I did have a friendly word, might walk by later and see if her arse is still winking at me.

I think there is legislation about the display of stuff like this at child eye-level, trading standards probably.
