AIBU?

STOP FUCKING HUMMING!!!!!

AIBU to scream this to my H?

Every single bastard song/tune/jingle, he has to hum along. Sometimes he will sing, sometimes not, usually just a mix of the two.

He is a good singer, he performs professionally on a very part time basis, but the constant fecking humming is driving me crackers!

He has just sung along to fecking Kylie, and I want to hurt someone!

It's hard to feel sympathy for you if he's a good singer...

I mean given the fact that my DH is exactly the same, except he sounds like tone deaf cat taking it up the arse from a Rottweiler Hmm

He was singing along to the radio downstairs yesterday and my DS was upstairs playing with his friend.

His friend (13yrs old) looked absolutely petrified and said, "What's that noise? Can you hear someone screaming?"

:o Worra!

the problem is that he isnt really singing, he does this sort of under-his-breath singing. If you are going to sing, then sing!!!

Under his breath?

Mine's going to be singing from under-the-fucking-patio if he carries on Hmm

Lol @ the Brookside tour Grin

I maintain I'm a good singer although everyone disagrees

But what really bugs me is when I'm singing along to the radio and the singer gets the lyrics wrong...the bastards!

I was disappointed that Anna was not in the third Goal! drama. At the end of tbe second she was pregnant.

My DB does this, except he whistles. Much as I love him to bits and he's my best friend, his bloody whistling along to every fucking song will drive me demented!

Beat clicking. My DD has developed a habit of clicking with her mouth. Drives me to distraction.
DH is a sniffer. He is destined to fall from the balcony sometime soon.

To be fair I don't hugely mind it. Love a bit of 90s me. I will be humming it to myself for about a week now though! (sorry bogey Grin)

My DH hums tunelessly whenever I've annoyed him but he's trying not to show it. He does it every time. So when he hums I just say your pissed off aren't you. [hsmile].

None of you lot know your born! My DH sings opera. In a purely way-way-below-amateur capacity you understand. German opera is his favourite although sometimes he has a brainshake and believes himself to be Cecilia Bartoli. When the Police come and find him with a pair of scissors buried in his head I will tell them why.
