go to the doctors. tomorrow, please.

stickthekettleon Wed 31-Oct-12 21:18:39

Yep, go to the doctors. Why would you not?

Northey Wed 31-Oct-12 21:19:26

I think there is a point in pregnancy past which home pregnancy tests don't show positive any more. So the negative test doesn't necessarily rule out pregnancy.

And even if it isn't pregnancy, it certainly isn't normal for you, so needs to be checke out.

go to the docs

Go to the doctors.

Doctor! It may be some odd hormonal reaction, you may be pg and had a false negative (unlikely but happens) but you should find an explanation.

Seriously, DH never goes to the dr when something is wrong and it's the bane of my life! So annoying. 'Right, so we can't go walking again because of your split toenail - so did you make the appointment with the podiatry clinic? No? But the GP gave you their number 6 wks ago' - etc!

Don't be that person......

IwishIwasmoreorganised Wed 31-Oct-12 21:20:59

I would go, why are you thinking not?

ToothbrushThief Wed 31-Oct-12 21:22:04

Doctors smile I appreciate your living at the hosp/Drs comment. I feel the same way, but you do need to go

Silence Wed 31-Oct-12 21:22:23

The doctor won't think it a waste.

Iodine Wed 31-Oct-12 22:14:59

Definitely not a waste of an appointment!

SouthBySouthWest Wed 31-Oct-12 22:21:09

Not to freak you out, but discharge from the nipple can be a sign of something more serious. A doctor won't mind you going to get it checked out.

There's really no harm in making an appointment, and if nothing else, would put your mind at rest. It's obviously weird enough for you that you wanted to post on here, so it must be bothering you.

SoHHKB Wed 31-Oct-12 22:24:45

Just to add, I'm now 29 weeks pregnant with a baby conceived with a copper coil in place. Get checked out - it really does happen! Good luck smile
