Excuse the self pity but I've had enough today. My dad is very ill in hospital and will need a lot of help when he comes out, found a huge damp patch in our new house, toddler dd has been truly fucking vile today, spilt a potty full of piss on the stairs and I just want to go to bed and hide. Have not been sleeping well and when ds comes home from school and immediately begins fighting with his sister and being moanatronic its kind of the icing on the cake of this utter shite week. I know millions of people have it a lot worse but really, I think I might lose it if much else goes wrong!

no its not unreasonable to scream you are having a tough time of it, stick with it though and this will pass things will get better and i hope your dad recovers soon.
