First time I was in this shop today, and the tampon/towel bit has a sign above it reading 'Lady Care'. It just struck me as somewhat hilarious. I never new I was a Lady what did need care.

The signs "Female Toilet" usually has this effect on me. "LadyCare" would not bother me.

I've always felt that 'Feminine Hygiene' is a bit twee. But 'Lady Care' sent me over the edge.

I mean, what do sanitary products have to do with the home? I thought it was a place full of lamps and cushions and things TK Maxx style.

Nah, trills. It's a bit like Wilko's. Lots of random stuff. And a whole Lady Care section

No matter how much equality there is in the world, one thing is for sure, men will never need sanitary ware, so it wouldnt bother me at all seeing a sign saying "ladycare". Grin

Does make me think about the Little Britain transvestites though, going into a shop and asking for that section!! Grin

I do wonder why shops are so coy. Why not just 'Sanitary Products'? I mean, we all know what they are.

"Ladies Toilet" would be fine Stranged
"Female Toilet" suggests that this facility has "female" attributes... Anyway, english is not my first language, although to me it sounds grammatically incorrect...
