To be annoyed at my friend

Me and my friend used to have a regular monday night out for a meal and a few drinks.

Not had one for about 3 months now. Twice due to her having migraine and the rest due to the weather.

Really looking forward to our night tonight.Bought new top, got ready, had a cheeky drink and texted her to make sure she was nearly ready.

She replied that she was just putting shoes on, 15 minutes later she rings saying she has had an argument with her parents and cant come.

She still lives at home and has regular arguments with her parents about the most trivial things. Am just so pissed off that it has ruined our night out.

Just really need to Vent :(

I would make alternative arrangements in the future for Mondays. Sounds like she's trying to tell you something....

Surely you'd leave the house if you had just had an argument with your parents, unless she is 12 and has been sent to her room

Wouldn't bother making any more plans for Monday nights to be honest, leave it to her to sort it out if she wants to.
