Does anyone know how to make a nice gluten-free crumble?

Can I just use gluten-free flour and make in the usual way, or what? Dh has suggested using one of the 'mixes' he buys, but I'm not sure how. Any help appreciated!

yes. i have used this flour with fructose and soya marge ( my ds x2 have loads of allergies!)to good effect its a bit of trial and error depending on which marge used as some are more 'watery'. also you could substitute half the flour for gluten free porridge oats for a bit more texture. its not the same as flour, butter, and sugar but the kids still eat it!!

have you looked on www.dietaryneedsdirect.co.uk they have quite a lot of 'specialist' foods or at least are v. good on lists of ingredientsin things. they do a great mail order service although the site can be a bit tedious and the more you get the cheaper the delivery. anyway hope it helps
