Casseroles,
rice/corn pasta from the health food shop. Sauces may be a bit tricky though - use rice/soya milk in place of dairy when cooking.

Can she have soya?
You can get soya cheese and one or two other dairy replacements if you look for the signs saying vegan.

you can get dairy free spreads from the supermarkets these days.

rice and corn cakes,
gluten free bread
fruit and soya yoghurt

Have you had a look in the health food shop and then gone back to the doctors, who will prescribe any special food you reqire if she has been formerly diagnosed with allergies.

What sort of things are you looking for?
How old is your DD?

be careful with the soya thing - it goes into a load of random stuff nowadays so you really need to read labels carefully (I'm allergic to it too). I found it listed as an ingredient in tea bags the other day (and sobbed, life without tea is not worth living). You can usually find alternatives. FWIW I always find health food shops the worst for gratuitous soya inclusion,.

what about couscous or is that a wheat? think its derived from semolina?

try the website I posted here, you'll have to search a bit to exclude everything but its quite good on substitutes. Think couscous is wheat but buckwheat isn't Off to reseach polenta....

Cous cous is a no, buckwheat is okay. Polenta is also a no I think.
