used them for my son and wouldn't be without them now even though he may have grown out of it. First time we went on holiday and I forgot to give them to him it seemed to be returning so now I take them with me.

I swear by them too. You have to use for some time though before you see improvement, but sadly if you forget the reappearance is instantaneous. They worst best in conjunction with an EFA supplement - we use flax seed oil. How old is your wee one?

Okay if he's breastfed then you take them until you wean him - if he's got eczema he would benefit from waiting until 6 months. Take flax seed oil as well.

If he's bottle fed then you pop them in a bottle or buy formula that already has them in. I think you would have to leave the flax seed oil, but a formula with probiotics probably has EFAs in too.

On weaning you can mix them in with a little pureed pear or something - which means you know he has had the whole thing.
