Ibs sufferers and meal replacement

Hi I was hoping to get some advice from other Ibs sufferers.
I was diagnosed with Ibs in my 20's and have managed to cope with it for many years just with my diet, however recently it's getting really bad.
I'm at the stage now it's really affecting my life. I'm having tests done for ulcerative colitis, crohns and gluten intolerance. Due to have an appointment with a gastroenterologist but that's not until December.
My issue is I'm losing weight, I can barely eat without something setting me off and there's quite a long waiting list to see a dietitian.
I've been on the fodmap diet but I still feel like my energy levels are really low.

I was wondering if anyone has tried any kind of meal replacement that allows me to get enough nutrients but won't upset my bowel.
Thanks in advance!

There's lots of supplements. Skandi shakes, Complan, etc. When you finally get to see a dietician they can prescribe them, although I find they all taste awful. Try as hard as you can to maintain calories and nutrition because having a feeding line is awful.

Thank you walnut that's what I'm really trying to avoid.
I'll have a look online for your suggestions until I can get an appointment.
I've had a bit of a google search but there's so much info it's confusing.

Have a look at the Blood Type Diet it works really well because so many people can't eat EVERYTHING and it explains why. Also have you checked the Food Combining way of eating? Those 2 cured my IBS.

That is basically not eating protein and carbs at the same meal and eating fruit only on an empty stomach, for breakfast for instance. Not for dessert.
