Has anyone used a Himalayan salt lamp? Do you find it improves allergies and the health benefits are good? Or is it a load of bull

There is no evidence of any benefit beyond the purely decorative.

We have one, it looks nice and provides a night light for my daughter but there has been no change in her asthma or cat allergy.

We have one. I mean, it's pretty and all but it's a lump of salt... I fail to see how it would have health benefits.
