As soon as they wake up? I wake up every morning with cramping pains in tummy and sometimes stabbing pains in my sides. I eat a lot of crackers on an evening like Ryvitas and rice cakes with hummus. Could it be too much fibre? Sometimes the pain is relieved once I’ve been to the toilet, but my bowel movements tend to never ever be solid? So sorry for TMI. Any help and advice would be much appreciated!
