Or at least it will be unless you clever lot can provide me with a tried and tested recipe for pancakes that avoids milk, soya and eggs...

I just made some with coconut cream instead of milk as I was clearing out my cupboards and they were delicious. More like american-style but really good. I used half a cup of self raising flour, two small sachets of creamed coconut, and 250ml of warm water. I used an egg but presumably egg replacer will work ok in pancakes.

Just posted in the thread asking what works best between coconut or oat milk. Saw your post on it and thought I'd post our recipe.

Forgot to mentio, we use the sunflower based Pure, not sure if it has any soya in it.

Would this work?

Thanks scissors, I saw that just after I'd started this! It was the egg bit that had me stumped.

No time to get to the supermarket between now and then, so egg powder stuff is a no-no - good thought though.

We use this recipe, and a few more from the site. They are delicious made with Koko milk or nut milks.
